Refund Policy

We want every participant to get value from the Inventory L1 — Manufacturing Planning Fundamentals workshop. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Full refund window

You may cancel your enrolment and receive a 100% refund if you notify us in writing at info@businessscalex.com at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop start date.

2. Within 7 days of the workshop

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your seat to another participant at no extra cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the start.

3. No-shows

Participants who do not attend without prior intimation are not eligible for a refund or a transfer.

4. Workshop changes or cancellations by us

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose between a full refund or a seat in the next available batch.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted as per the gateway’s policy.
