These Terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in the Inventory L1 — Manufacturing Planning Fundamentals workshop offered by BusinessScaleX (“we”, “us”). By enrolling or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The workshop

The workshop is an educational program covering inventory and manufacturing planning fundamentals. Content, schedule, format, and trainers may be updated at our discretion to improve learning outcomes.

2. Enrolment and payment

• A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received via our payment partner.
• The fee is ₹8,999 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

3. Participant conduct

You agree to participate professionally, not to record or redistribute session material without written consent, and not to share access credentials with third parties.

4. Intellectual property

All workshop content, slides, worksheets, and materials are the intellectual property of BusinessScaleX. They are provided for personal learning use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The workshop provides educational guidance and is not a substitute for professional advice for any specific business situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the workshop is limited to the fees paid by you.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
